Christopher Nolan: Ranked

1. Batman Begins (2005) - The film that started it all; the perfect superhero origin story.

2. The Dark Knight (2008) - The follow-up to Batman Begins where Heath Ledger somehow topped Jack Nicholson's Joker in Tim Burton's Batman.

3. Memento (2000) - A real mind fuck that almost plays out better in your head.

4. Inception (2010) - The smart man's blockbuster.

5. The Prestige (2006) - One of the few movies about "magic" that isn't a joke.

6. The Dark Knight Rises (2012) - The height of expectations were almost unreachable; it's a bit bloated and drawn out, but I still find it to be a satisfying end to a top-notch trilogy.

7. Following (1998) - A very small, very independent film that shows the early brilliance of Christopher Nolan.

8. Insomnia (2002) - I'm assuming the original is better (isn't that how it usually goes), but I still remember this being a satisfying thriller.
